This highly interactive, enlightening course provides opportunities for students to develop teamwork, interpersonal, personal, speaking and listening, problem solving, and managerial skills in a face-to-face setting. Core components include foundational interpersonal communications theory, personal responsibility, verbal and non-verbal communications skills, basic conflict management, group dynamics, and ethical interpersonal behavior. It is important to note that course material will be adapted to apply to the local business culture.
