B108 – Sales and Customer Relations
Students will be equipped with sales and customer service skills. They will be invited to take on the roles of sales and customer service positions and deal with issues that these positions entail. These will include: the sales process, sales techniques, self and social awareness, negotiation, sales presentations, non-verbal and verbal communication, listening skills, plus handling objections and rejection. Students will learn effective strategies in reference to customer complaints and computer/telephone usage.
